Mar 8, 2012 at 8:09 comment added nico I am not too much into cogsci, but definitely there are 3 "generalistic" options: PlOS One, PlOS Biology and Nature Communications, all released under a CC licence. Many journals also give the possibility to authors to release their paper as open access.
