My main research interests are nonstandard analysis (focusing on applications to nonstandard measure theory and to the theory of partial differential equations) and non-archimedean extensions of the real numbers (hyperreal fields of nonstandard analysis, Levi-Civita fields, Paolo Giordano's ring extension of the real numbers, surreal numbers, and so on).
