$\begingroup$ Welcome. Have you done any prior research effort? It can help to focus the question. Consider for instance an animal with two synapses and another with 100. The first animal prunes one synapse and the latter prunes 20. Which animal would in your opinion have the 'highest degree of Synaptic pruning'? The first has 50% pruned, the latter 20%, but the first prunes far less synapses, but cannot prune much more. Further, what is the motivation of the question? That may help put your Q in context. $\endgroup$ – AliceD Feb 19 at 8:50
