There doesn't seem to be any info on this topic wherever I look so I thought I'd ask the question myself. Should binaural beats have a lasting effect?

I listened to a binaural beats track on YouTube about 2 weeks ago to stretch my muscles. It worked well and felt great... I only listened to it once but the next day I seemed to be able to repeat the sequence again without the track. Freaked me out... Then it went away so I thought that was just a "freak" thing and my brain is especially susceptible or whatever. Now it's just happened to me again! Almost 2 weeks after the last listen! Is that supposed to happen?!!

Don't get me wrong it feels good - its like I know how to be my own chiropractor, but when your body moves by itself at 2am, it's a bit wierd!

Thanks.
