This is a bold claim, which furthermore sounds unlikely to generalize to any A-D options it is applied to. Would you argue presenting false dichotomies to users is good UX? Wouldn't the user get frustrated no "C" option is available? In fact, if you read up on survey construction guidelines I'm fairly certain you'll find related warnings. | |
